E. Calf Looking, Director: Mr. Calf Looking
oversees administrative, clinical, financial, personnel, an
procurement departments of the organization. He has worked
in the Substance Abuse field for more than 30 years. He is
a Licensed Addiction Counselor with the State of Montana and
a Master Addiction Counselor with NAADAC. He holds a total
of four degrees including a Master of Science in Rehabilitation
Counseling and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology.
Durand Bear Medicine, Clinic Coordinator: is responsible for overseeing the clinical duties of the residential component.
Lynda S. Beaudry, Adolescent Coordinator: Ms.
Beaudry oversees the Adolescent Program. She has worked in
the Substance Abuse field for the past 9 years. Prior to that,
she worked as a Juvenile Officer and Child Protection Team
member. She is a certified Substance Abuse Counselor.
Karen Dickenson, Women's Counselor: specializes in working with women at Crystal Creek Lodge.
She is responsible for working with all pregnant and special-needs women in the program.
Mary Louise Little Dog, L.P.N. is responsible for
all of the medical needs of the residents, as well as serving
as the certified HIV / AIDS counselor.
Patty Young Running Crane: is a Licensed Clinical
Social Worker and a Licensed Addiction Counselor who has worked
in the addiction field for the past ten years. Patty was recently
hired as our Program Therapist to provide Mental Health Services
to our clientele.
Anna Horn, Business Office / Assistant Director: Anna Horn is responsible for the Business Office and oversees the Personnel Department for Crystal Creek Lodge Treatment Center.

Holystar Fish, Lead Unit Tech
Krystal Bull Child, Data Coordinator: oversees the data
entry, manages inpatient, outpatient, DUI/ACT files and 3rd party billing.
