Staff Profiles

Pat E. Calf Looking, Director: Mr. Calf Looking oversees administrative, clinical, financial, personnel, an procurement departments of the organization. He has worked in the Substance Abuse field for more than 30 years. He is a Licensed Addiction Counselor with the State of Montana and a Master Addiction Counselor with NAADAC. He holds a total of four degrees including a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology.

Fred C. Cobell, Clinical Coordinator: Mr. Cobell is responsible for overseeing the clinical duties of the residential, outpatient, and continuum of care components. He has worked as a Licensed Addiction Counselor for 16 years and as a School Counselor for 25 years. He holds both graduate and undergraduate degrees and serves as a CARF Surveyor, conducting accreditation inspections of other substance abuse facilities. Mr. Cobell has extensive experience conducting group sessions such as Anger and Grief Management, Codependency, and Recovery Retreats.

Lynda S. Beaudry, Adolescent Coordinator: Ms. Beaudry oversees the Adolescent Program. She has worked in the Substance Abuse field for the past 9 years. Prior to that, she worked as a Juvenile Officer and Child Protection Team member. She is a certified Substance Abuse Counselor.

Iris Fitz, Women's Counselor: Ms. Fitz specializes in working with women at Crystal Creek Lodge. She is responsible for working with all pregnant and special-needs women in the program. She has worked in the Substance Abuse field for 15 years. She has worked with both women and children with addictions.

Cathy Azure Mountain Chief, R.N.: Mrs. Mountain Chief is a Registered Nurse and is responsible for all of the medical needs of the residents, as well as serving as the Health and Safety Officer. She is a trained EMT, CPR instructor, and HIV/AIDS counselor.

Susan Galbreath, MSW: Ms. Galbreath is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Addiction Counselor who has worked in the addiction field for the past ten years. Susan was recently hired as our Program Therapist to provide Mental Health Services to our clientele.
