Creek Lodge is funded by the Indian Health Service. All federally
recognized tribes and/or descendants of enrolled members of
these tribes are eligible for services. All tribes under the
auspices of the Billings Area Office have funds to pay for
this type of service, and can be negotiated with the Director
of Crystal Creek Lodge. For any services not covered, or if
you do not qualify for IHS funds, we operate on a sliding
fee scale. Please contact our Intake Supervisor at 1-406-338-6328
