Admission Criteria
For the Adult program, applicants must be at least 18 years of age.

For the Adolescent program, applicants shall be between the ages of 12 and 18. It is possible to receive services for clients up to age 21 if they are enrolled in an academic setting.

Length of Stay
The length of stay is based on the clinical needs of the client. The client's progress is reviewed on a weekly basis to determine how well he/she is progressing in their individual treatment plans. Once all of the goals and objectives in the individual treatment plan are met, the client will be discharged. The typical length of stay is about 30 days.

Cost of Treatment
Crystal Creek Lodge is funded by the Indian Health Service. All federally recognized tribes and/or descendants of enrolled members of these tribes are eligible for services. All tribes under the auspices of the Billings Area Office have funds to pay for this type of service, and can be negotiated with the Director of Crystal Creek Lodge. For any services not covered, or if you do not qualify for IHS funds, we operate on a sliding fee scale. Please contact our Intake Supervisor at 1-406-338-6328 to answer your questions about the cost of treatment.
